Where to get support, how to help yourself...
For general ChatZilla questions, read the ChatZilla FAQ. If the FAQ does not help, you can try asking in #chatzilla on moznet.
Don't ask for support in Bugzilla, Hendrix, or Mozilla Add-ons comments. It really won't help.
Also note that I don't know of any ChatZilla developers that actively read MozillaZine forums, so I wouldn't bet on getting answers to obscure questions there either.
If your question is specifically about the plugins and packages on this site, please remember that these are not officially supported.
