In converting the IRCX Draft to DocBook format, I stumbled upon several areas that the IRCX Draft was not clear on, or did not provide an adequate example for, so I reworded it or added a suitable example. I have also added notes to several sections to provide clarity and information about current implementations of IRCX (IRCX is kind of old, it came out in 1998, remember?). None of the commands have been altered, changed, or updated, so this version of the draft should be suitable for reference purposes. In fact, it should be better than the IRCX draft, since I have added a bunch of notes and changed the wording on a few things.
